Don’t Fall For Your Grumpy Neighbor is the third book in the Magnolia Ridge series. Each book centers around the siblings of the Atwood family. This book is the story of Sheppard Atwood and how he found iphis happily ever after with Felicity Lark.
Felicity Lark has an issue with her grumpy neighbor. She has multiple pet peeves about him. But one thing she doesn’t have a problem with is he’s hot. Felicity is a strong, beautiful, and fiercely independent single woman who finds herself attracted to her grumpy neighbor Sheppard Atwood.
Sheppard Atwood is gorgeous but his personality has a lot to be desired. He is one of the grumpiest people Felicity knows. I loved him. His protective demeanor is endearing and sometimes over the top. And yes, the reader will find out why he is such a grumpy neighbor and the reason will surprise you.
I absolutely loved this story. The way Logan Chance mixes an enemies-to-lovers, romcom, and small town romance is pure perfection. I laughed at some of Sheppard’s antics and marveled at Felicity’s self reliant, independent, yet compassionate nature. I love this Magnolia Ridge Series but so far this is my favorite. Don’t Fall For Your Grumpy Neighbor is a standalone but I do recommend reading the books in order since the books are interconnected but it’s not a necessity to do so.
