Don’t Fall For Your Best Friend is funny and steamy all at the same time. The laughs keep coming as Hartford and Paxton navigate their way through Hartford’s lifestyle article for the local newspaper.
Hartford Jamison is a lifestyle writer for the Magnolia Ridge newspaper. I love her character. She’s smart, ambitious, beautiful, and Paxton’s best friend. Her dedication to her job brings unexpected results. At least unexpected to her.
Paxton Atwood works at his family’s business. He’s gorgeous, professional, and charming. There is a side to him that is overprotective of Hartford.
Hartford enlists Paxton’s help for an assignment and things go wrong at every turn. These “malfunctions” are hilariously written even if the outcomes were not so funny. But one thing truly stands out is that even though they are best friends and don’t want to ruin that, the love that Paxton and Hartford have for eachother is ready to be explored.
