I am in complete awe of the way this series is going. Bases Loaded sees Alexis and Danny continue to fight for their relationship when those who don’t want them together try to come between them. Greed, revenge, and control are recurring themes from those who want to destroy their relationship. On the other hand, Alexis and Danny have people who stand behind and will stop at nothing to help them have the relationship they deserve.
Bases Loaded is absolutely amazing. Lisa continues to make this series a page turning experience. With every chapter, she pulls out every emotion, plenty of steam, and a bit of wonder (What’s going to get in their way this time type of thing.) I cannot wait to read the fifth and final book in the series, Grand Slam.
