Both Jolene and Lincoln went through so much throughout the series. Their growth, both personally and professionally, exemplify the meaning of what a soulmate is. In Final Score, they lay it all on the line for each other and their families..
With the plot centering around a rivalry between the two families and how Jolene and Lincoln fight their way through all the deceit and bitterness. Throughout the series it was one obstacle after another pulling them apart. Final Score brings it all home for another winning series set within the world of the Vegas Aces football franchise.
One thing I really enjoyed was that this second chance happened twenty years later. Most of the books I’ve read, the time span is not that long. I know other books are out there with that long of a reconnection but most of what I’ve read, that reconnection occurs much sooner. So if you love second chances, enemies to lovers, and sports romances, Vegas Aces: The Coach is a definitive MUST READ! Looking forward to reading more set within the world of the Vegas Aces.
