Swan licks her luscious lips. “You must have so many women all the time.”
I shake my head slowly, bringing my lips to the crown of her shoulder, pressing a small kiss to her satiny skin. “I haven’t been with anyone in a really long time.”
She scoffs. “Really? I find that hard to believe.”
“Why?”
“Well, because you’re you and you look like this.” She waves her hand in an arc to highlight my body.
“What about you? When’s the last time you’ve…been f*cked?” I breathe out.
“Over a year.”
Just before pressing another kiss to her soft skin, I murmur, “That’s a damn shame.”

Devereaux glances between me and the infinity pool with a furrowed brow. “It’s past three in the morning. Aren’t you tired?”
“Nope.” I bite my lower lip, pondering if I should really do what I’m thinking, if I can entice him into telling me his secrets.
It’s not every day you get the chance to swim in such a beautiful setting, so I drag the zipper of my black dress down, exposing my bra. “If you don’t want to go swimming with me, you can stay there and count the stars.” A bathing suit wasn’t on my list of things to grab from my house, but this bra and panty set covers more than most bikinis. Well…if my panties weren’t in his pocket.
I sigh and pull my dress back in place.
“Wait,” he says. “What are you doing?”
“You have my panties. So, I only have half a suit.” I hold my hand out. “Can I have them back?”
“Sorry, no.” His gravelly voice pebbles my nipples. “They’re mine.”
“Seriously?”

Review
I have read quite a few of Logan Chance’s books and I must say this is my favorite by far. A bossy billionaire business owner, a sassy undercover detective, murder, mystery, and a forbidden attraction come together for a page turning must read.
Devereaux Huxley is rich, gorgeous, protective, and an eternal bachelor. But is he also a murderer? Throughout the book, we learn things about his past that have shaped who he is today.
Chloe is a detective in the Saint Pierce Police Department. Due to her demanding, but rewarding career path, she hasn’t had much time to worry about relationships.
There are plenty of secondary characters that enhance the lives of both Chloe and Devereaux. Each one plays a pivotal role in the development of the plot. I’m just curious to see who will be the lead characters in future books.
Say My Name is a definite MUST READ and an AMAZING start to a new series. Chloe and Devereaux’s story is full of suspense (both whodunit and the notion of a fake identity), sass, dirty talk, and plenty of steam. Looking forward to future books in the series.
