Suspense, steam, comedy, and a reunion fifteen years in the making Hometown Hitman is everything you want all in one book. Jacob Chance has written another amazing story that will have your heart skipping a beat.
After having her heartbroken, Whitney felt she would never find the one. Lynch was always in her heart but he shattered her. She’s a business woman who pays attention to the details. Strong willed and fearless, Whitney doesn’t let anything stop her except what goes on in her personal life. But Lynch’s return turns her world inside out and her fears are brought to the ssurface once again.
Lynch works for the CIA and returns to his hometown for a family emergency. Due to his job, he is not one to settle down until he sees Whitney after fifteen years apart.will he be able to win her back and leave his career behind? Or is their reunion doomed from the start?
The supporting characters play an important role throughout the story. Ricky and Wayne, Lynch’s cousins, are hilarious. Ashley, Whitney’s best friend, is funny in her own way while being supportive of her best friend. Other characters have roles that bring the story together.
Full of suspense, the storyline has you guessing what will happen next with some unexpected twists and turns along the way. As the story progresses, we see the rekindling of a long lost relationship, family becoming closer, and some death and destruction along the way. Hometown Hitman was a blast to read. I’m hoping some of the characters get their own stories. Thus is a definite must add to your reading list.
