Jennifer Jane Jennings has always been passionate about self-defence. She is a black belt in karate and a long distance runner. She teaches self-defence and other life-saving skills.
She lives in Melbourne, Australia with her husband, three children, border collie, black rescue cat and rainbow lorikeet.
Jennifer dedicates her Let the Monsters Live in Fear series to everyone who wished they had fought back. She believes that if she can help save one life, it will be more than worth it.
