Savage Burn continues where Savage Hunger left off.i cannot get enough of Candace and Savage’s story. Savage and the members of Walker Security are doing everything they can to protect Candace and her father. I love their chemistry. Even though their past is tainted with heartbreak, they have managed to bring that chemistry back.
Savage continues to live up to his name. He is a savage protractor of those he cares about and in the bedroom. Even after years apart, his feelings for her never faded.
Candace is fierce and strong willed with a bit of vulnerability when it comes to Savage. She can’t resist him even if she wanted to.She continues to be a fighter and cautious all at the same time.
Together Candace and Savage make an amazing team. They read each other even when the other doesn’t want them too. Both their strengths and vulnerabilities mesh and they bring out the best in each other.
All I can say is that Lisa Renee Jones creates characters that pull at your heartstrings. Once again, other members of Walker Security are written into the storyline, including those from the Tall, Dark, and Deadly Series. If you are not a fan of cliffhangers, I suggest you wait until the release of Savage Love. Other than that, this is a 5 star must read. I received an advance copy in exchange for an honest review.
